About me

Determined NO-DRAMA queen. Chronically sarcastic. Surprisingly helpful.

Hi, my name is Catrin...

…and I write books about the things that actually matter in a relationship. Sleep. Trust. The small daily choices that quietly determine whether you’re genuinely happy or just getting through the week.

My first book, Two Twins Make a King, started with a sleep secret that 750 million Europeans have known for decades and somehow never shared with the rest of the world.

My second book, The Secret of the 3-Legged Table, is about what actually holds a relationship together when the butterflies leave and real life moves in.

My third book, The Favor Principle, is the one I’ve been building toward — the brutally honest, occasionally cringe-worthy, and genuinely funny story of the one thing happy couples do differently. And how ridiculously easy it actually is.

All three are short. All three are practical. None of them require a PhD, a therapist, or rose petals on the bed.

For a considerable stretch of my life, I was, by my own - and
the entire village's - assessment, a total relationship loser.
Which, it turns out, is excellent research material.

I’m serious when I say: All I want is for you to be as happy as we are!

I learned early that there are no guarantees in life – and that you have to work hard to get what you want.

BUT the saying “relationships are hard work” is not necessarily true!

All it takes is ATTENTION! And a lot of fresh color…

Just like you pay attention to maintaining your health (hopefully! Because without it, life would really suck), your relationship needs a little maintenance.

And that’s NOT too HARD!
